What we’re about
Arizona Devo exists to help Arizona’s top young mtb athletes develop and excel. Our goal is to help riders unlock a lifelong passion for riding and discovering what is possible through dedicated effort. Coaches TJ Woodruff, Brian Matter, and Erin Osborne have 40+ years of professional racing experience and 30+ years of professional coaching expertise. Our team knows what it takes to help you achieve your best. For the past decade we’ve consistently guided athletes to the highest levels of MTB racing. With 3 coaches and a max of 12 riders, our focus is on helping riders continually re-discover what it takes to make their next step in the development process.

What we do
Our program is comprised of support provided in person at our team events (races and training camps) as well as individualized coaching with each athlete. Athletes are encouraged to be “students of the sport” and actively engage in the coaching process. We’re here for your success and want to help guide your efforts towards your long-term goals. Riders who are motivated to train will especially enjoy sharing the experience with their teammates.
Our team’s season runs for 7 months and focuses on January – July. Coaching can extend beyond this, but it’s important to find balance and learn to prioritize efforts throughout the year. Our calendar will include support at the MBAA series, regional UCI level events, as well as at the US MTB National Championships.
How it works
Team dues will package everything together including: coaching, race entry fees, kits, race support, and Pivot bike (equipped with options from DT Swiss, Shimano, and FOX). While we can’t bundle/cover all related expenses, the team dues cover a lot!
We’re proud to represent Arizona, so our support is exclusive to those living in AZ. Riders who will be racing age 15-22 will be considered.
